All our excellent members of staff at work very hard to give their best to our pupils, whether it’s managing, teaching or looking after premises in different capacities. This means, though, that they are often under considerable pressure.

At St Joseph’s, the spiritual wellbeing of staff is pivotal, and twice a week we meet to pray together the Daily Office, sing a hymn and have a chance to reflect. The chapel is also always available for quiet prayer and the chaplain always happy to have a friendly chat.
